One-on-One Coaching
This method is highly recommended for business owners and executives who
are committed to long-lasting results. Weekly individual coaching is the
fastest and most effective way to get control over the outcomes you seek.
Participants typically see increased revenue, systemized business operations
and employee work.
Weekly Plan
This method is highly recommended for business owners and executives who
are committed to long-lasting results. Weekly individual coaching is the
fastest and most effective way to get control over the outcomes you seek.
Participants typically see increased revenue, systemized business operations
and employee work.
During the Weekly Coaching Plan, you will meet with your Turning Point
coach every week for a minimum of one hour; this includes team coaching
for key staff members as required. Additionally, unlimited telephone and
e-mail coaching support are included during the term of this agreement.
Your coach and you spend the first several weeks conducting a Business
Effectiveness Evaluation (BEE) to determine your business status and goals.
This BEE evaluation will guide you and your coach in focusing on important
issues and developing a plan of action and milestone (POAM).
Bi-Weekly Plan
The Bi-Weekly Coaching Plan is similar to the Weekly Plan, however, instead
of weekly one-on-one meetings, you will meet with your coach every two
weeks. This plan is offered to business owners who are able to work more
independently on broader assignments. The same coaching tools are included
as in the Weekly Plan; telephone and e-mail coaching support between sessions
will be determined by the coach.
Group Coaching
Coined by Napoleon Hill in Think and Grow Rich—the seminal book on
efficient and effective business practices—the term refers to the
fact that the gathering of a group of experts and like thinkers to discuss
a particular topic results in the creation of an entity that has insight
on a much larger level than any of the individual participants could achieve
on their own.
Business Accountability and Networking Group (BANG!)
BANG! Groups are small groups of successful business people who work on
a confidential basis with a coach to collaborate, learn and grow as they
evaluate and solve business problems. In this type of coaching, a group
meets twice a month for two hours; groups generate targeted ideas plus
feedback and support through group coaching, accountability, networking
and business effectiveness teaching.
During the BANG! Group process, each participant will learn to evaluate
his or her business, understand his or her unique leadership behavior
styles and discuss best business practices of other successful businesses.
Participants brainstorm to solve problems and develop plans for improvement.
They hold each other accountable by following up with fellow business
owners to ensure that plans are implemented.
Business Effectiveness Series (BES)
The Business Effectiveness Series is a 13-week group coaching session that
covers the essentials of business effectiveness. This series meets for
one two-hour session a week for 13 consecutive weeks.
Topics covered include marketing, sales, customer service, human resources
and financial analysis as they relate to your particular business vision
and mission. Each participant receives a personal style analysis.
The Business Effectiveness Series works best for self-starters who are
motivated but need a little encouragement and guidance to ensure they
put their new knowledge into practice.
